MaxEXP® Features - Integration Framework

When high order volume requires an even more demanding order management solution, MaxEXP can be tightly integrated into external ERP and other order 3rd party fulfillment solutions with spectacular results.

Due to MaxEXP®'s open standards architecture, integration with most internal systems is simple. MaxEXP® can be setup to create a bi-directional stream of order data which streamlines business processes creating a seamless eBusiness solution.

The MaxEXP Integration Framework provides a platform for exchanging data with our customers and related vendors (and perhaps, someday, even their customers) in a structured fashion that:
  • Works within our customer's present identified workflow processes
  • Can be readily extended to meet future requirements
  • Can handle data ingress and egress over a variety of protocols
  • Supports handling events that occur during downtime, and
  • Be entirely platform independent allowing us to integrate with virtually any Accounting, ERP, MRP, and fulfillment systems.
The basic design of the Framework has:
  • A set of network handlers
  • Two queues: a work queue, and an output queue
  • Two queue managers: one work and one output
  • A process dispatcher
  • A variety of processing agents
  • Translators, if needed
  • "Loosely coupled", "push not pull" approach
  • "Near real time" message turn-around
