EspressoParts.com / Espresso Parts Northwest, based in Olympia Washington, is a leader in the specialty coffee equipment industry and strives at bringing their customers the newest innovations and the best equipment, tools and supplies available.
One of the early pioneers of ecommerce, Espresso Parts has been selling online for many years. To keep offering their customers the best online shopping experience possible, Espresso Parts decided they needed a web site that could make shopping with them even easier. Espresso Parts wanted a true eCommerce partner and knew that they needed a technology upgrade that would always be flexible to adapt to their ever changing needs.
Results
After a strategic planning process, Espresso Parts launched a new web site featuring new functionality for their customers. Along with a recategorization of their products, Espresso Parts made finding products even easier offering a cue-card type menu that would allow customers to find the product they wanted as quickly as possible.
In addition to streamlined navigation, Espresso Parts worked with San Diego Media to add sorting and filtering options throughout their product listing and search result pages so customers could find what they were looking for even faster. Espresso Parts is also now offering inventory updates on their products so customers know what is backordered and what is currently in stock.
Future enhancements will include even more ways to reach out to customers and potential customers.
