Brian A. Kent, President & Chief Executive Officer, is the chief architect and strategist
of the San Diego Media corporate vision. Kent is one of the true pioneers
of the Internet, having co-founded one of the first Web development
companies in 1994. Over the past seven years he has provided strategic
consulting, interactive digital design, Internet marketing and technical
development services to such world class companies as multi-billion-dollar
multinational Kyocera, fast food giant Jack in the Box, Chicken of
the Sea, Star System, Inc., Sybase, Remax Resort Properties, HNC,
Broadvision, Buck Knives, The Gable Group, Easton Sports, SureFire,
and BF Goodrich Aerospace. The original Java based software engine,
for the very successful uBid (www.ubid.com)
online auction site, now operated by CMGI, was also developed under
Kents guidance. Kent has overseen digital developments for over
120 corporate clients since 1994. Key members of the San Diego Media
management team have worked with Brian Kent for many years.

Michael L. Maslow, Vice President Executive
Producer, is an accomplished film and video producer with an extensive
client base for corporate films and multimedia including: American
Express, Shearson/Lehman Brothers, AT&T, Chrysler, Jeep/Eagle,
Citicorp, IBM and many others. He has over ten years experience of
producing adventure travel programs, including the award winning series,
The Challengers. He has produced many commercials for a large number
of clients including Toyota, Folgers Coffee, SportsChannel and Curacao
Tourist Board. He has produced music videos for UB40 with Chrissie
Hynde of the Pretenders, Talking Heads, Luther Vandross, Roy Orbison
and the NY Mets. He has also produced movie trailers and is a holder
of many awards for his work, Including C.I.N.E. Golden Eagles, Gold
Camera Award, Silver Screen Award, Gold Hugo Award and ITA Golden
Videocassette Award.

Ron Monark / Chairman
Ronald J. Monark, Chairman,
joined San Diego Media after retiring from Mitchell International,
an information subsidiary of Thomson International in May1999. Monark
served as President and CEO of Mitchell from 1989 through 1996. During
that time, Mitchell's revenues tripled, reaching $150 million, while
the product line was reengineered to compete in the new electronic
environment. Electronic products grew from 6% in 1988 to 65% in 1996.
Mitchell also significantly increased its international presence in
Latin American and China. From January 1997 until May 1999, Monark
served as Chairman of Mitchell and President and CEO of Mitchell Repair
Information Co, a joint venture between Thomson and Snapon, Inc. Monark
is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the College of William and Mary and
an MBA from the University of Chicago. Monark teaches Management Analysis
in the UCSD Extension and is coordinator of a new program for international
students who want to be entrepreneurs.
